Payment Information

Payment is processed entirely by Maya (PayMaya Philippines, Inc.), a licensed and regulated payment service provider. When you choose to pay, you are redirected to a secure, Maya-hosted payment page to complete payment via QR Ph or another method Maya makes available.

Groundwork does not collect, view, or store your card number, e-wallet credentials, or QR Ph payment details at any point. We receive only a payment status (such as paid, pending, or failed) and a reference number from Maya, which we use to confirm your booking.

How We Share Your Information

We share your booking details with the licensed professional assigned to your consultation so they can prepare for your session. We also share your name, contact details, and the amount due with Maya, solely to process and verify your payment.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, or a valid legal request.

Project Documents and Files

Any project documents, drawings, or files you discuss or share directly with your assigned professional during a consultation are shared between you and that professional. Groundwork's role is limited to facilitating the booking — we encourage you to only share information you're comfortable sharing for the purpose of your consultation.

Data Security

We apply reasonable organizational, physical, and technical measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No online platform can guarantee complete security, and we encourage you to also take care when sharing sensitive project information.
